Cryogenic thermo-siphon tank

Overview

Vacuum Insulated Cryogenic Thermosiphon Tanks are specially designed double-walled storage tanks that ensure efficient pumping of various cryogenic liquids, including LOX, LIN, LAR, LNG, LCO2, and others.

The pumps connected to the Thermosiphon pots are designed to prevent cavitation, eliminating the need to vent the boil-off gas during priming. This effectively eliminates any flash losses. The boil-off gas (BOG) is re-condensed inside the tank under the head pressure of the cryogenic liquids.

Ambicacryogenic offers a standard range of Cryogenic Thermosiphon Tanks, ranging from 7000 to 256000 liters, with operating pressure options of 11 and 17 bar (gauge pressure).

The inner vessel of the tank is made of stainless steel for durability, while Ambicacryogenic utilizes strategic points on the outer vessel where stainless steel is employed. This includes lifting lungs, transport lungs, and nozzle opening pads, ensuring an extended lifespan of the tank.
